Rebecca Knights has earned a “Clean Environment and Solar Sense” educator certification at a recent seminar presented by the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association and sponsored by Western Massachusetts Electric Company. Additionally she received a solar lab kit. This kit with other materials from BPVS will help her continue the “pro bono” work of BPVS in solar education. Becca has presented to students at CT Plunkett Elementary School in Adams, MA, the Conte Middle School in North Adams, MA, Mount Greylock High School in Williamstown, MA, and to the environmental science majors at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams.
