We are updating our SRECS and RECS guidance paper and will post it here soon. The rather dismal prospects for SRECS values over the next three years reported in the Green Press last week have been met with an announcement by the MA DOER that they are engaged in program improvements and will consult industry stakeholders. We alerted the DOER to our concerns about the SRECS slide and the need for equitable values for RECS to provide relief to early PV adopters. Stay tuned for more announcements. This issue will be a major point of discussion at the NESEA conference next week in Boston.
